Opportunity Zones (OZ 2.0)

Data behind the 2027 Opportunity Zone nomination round — which census tracts are eligible, which were designated in the original 2018 round, and the measures that help states, counties, and cities analyze their choices before the September 28, 2026 deadline.

Raw source files

The official inputs this analysis is built from — each downloaded as published, before any computation. (The ACS 5-year measures are pulled separately from the Census API.)
